Interning at Blue Rose Compass is an experience like no other – an opportunity to play a meaningful role in changing the world one BRC Scholar at a time. The positions available are open ended, based on what our needs are at the time and on the strengths of our internship applicants. Please review the information below and if you believe in being a game changer, we look forward to hearing from you.

  • Internship candidates must be a graduate student, an undergraduate student, or have graduated from college within 12 months of beginning the internship.
  • Interns are expected to work between 20 and 40 hours a week during an 8 to 12 week internship period.
  • You will be working with / on behalf of refugees from conflict areas, many of whom have been persecuted.
    As a result, our application process is fairly stringent and cultural sensitivity is of utmost importance.
